Scheduling + Orientation
If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session and discuss what you’d like to focus on for the coaching container. This visioning step helps you feel grounded, clear, and supported before we begin.
THREE
Coaching Sessions
Each session offers a calm, collaborative space to reflect, build insight, and make sustainable changes at your pace. You’ll receive compassionate support, personalized guidance, and accountability as you move toward your goals over our four months together.

You may choose a one-time Integrative Wellness Session for immediate relief or select from two coaching packages designed especially for continuous support in your burnout recovery journey.

$600/month or $2,300 paid in full (4 months)

Two 50-minute sessions per month + initial orientation call

Steady Growth
Weekly Coaching
$1,100/month or $4,000 paid in full (4 months)
Includes:
Four 50-minute sessions per month + initial orientation call
Priority scheduling
Optional text or voice note support between sessions
Everything included in the Gentle Roots package plus more consistent accountability and support
Which Tier Is Right for You?
If you prefer a spacious, reflective pace with time to integrate between sessions, Gentle Roots (biweekly) is likely a good fit. If you’re navigating significant stress, a transition, or want more consistent momentum and support, Steady Growth (weekly) may feel more grounding. Both tiers offer compassionate, integrative support customized to your needs.

Coaching is strength-based, non-pathologizing, and future-oriented. It focuses on awareness, skill-building, and creating sustainable change in alignment with your values. I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care. Instead, I serve as a collaborative partner helping you understand your patterns, build supportive habits, and move toward the life you want. Many clients choose to pair coaching with therapy, especially during periods of deep healing or transition.

I work with women navigating burnout, chronic stress, overfunctioning patterns, and big life transitions. I also support clients with healthy lifestyle changes (including sleep, movement, nourishment, and daily rhythm design) through an integrative, nervous-system–informed lens. Many clients come to coaching when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to create sustainable habits on their own.

Your tier determines the rhythm: Gentle Roots includes biweekly sessions, while Steady Growth includes weekly sessions. Within those rhythms, we work together to select times that support your life, energy, and capacity. If something changes, I offer flexibility within your package to adjust session days or times when possible.

Your coaching investment reflects the time, training, and depth of presence required to offer high-quality, trauma-informed, nervous-system–aware support. It also reflects the emotional and energetic labor of holding a safe, attuned space for clients who are often navigating burnout, overwhelm, and sensitive nervous systems.
I’ve priced my services intentionally to be sustainable for the level of support I provide so that I can show up fully, without burnout, for every person I work with. Sustainable support for you begins with sustainable working conditions for me.

Your coaching agreement includes clear guidelines for how to navigate life changes, pauses, and early endings with care. My goal is to hold a supportive, ethical container while also honoring both of our boundaries and capacities. If something shifts for you, we’ll discuss it together and find the most compassionate path forward.
