Health and wellness coaching supports you in moving out of cycles of chronic stress and into clarity, confidence, and long-term resilience. Packages are customized for each individual based on the specific goals of the coaching container as well as client strengths and level of accountability desired. This ongoing commitment allows us to co-explore your personal vision for wellness, design a flexible plan for taking consistent action, build supportive boundaries and rhythms, and develop your inner strength so that you can thrive without burning out.

I’ve lived through burnout myself, and I understand how stress, high sensitivity, and over-responsibility can quietly shape your health and well-being. For years, I pushed past my limits—overworking, over-caring, and over-functioning—until my body and mind made it clear something had to change.

My healing came from learning to slow down, acknowledge my needs, honor my nervous system, and set boundaries that protected my energy. That experience is the heart of my work today.
