My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and shared exploration. I don’t diagnose or tell you what to do; instead, I walk with you as a strategic partner—holding space for what’s unfolding, asking thoughtful questions, and supporting you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.

We begin by tending to the foundation: your motivations, values, and vision. From there, we surface what’s working, illuminate old patterns, and build on your strengths to support what you want more of. Drawing from somatic awareness, behavior change science, and nervous-system-informed tools, we co-create a path forward that feels nourishing, realistic, and sustainable.

This is a space where you don’t have to push or perform. You get to arrive as you are, with permission to grow at a pace that honors your body, energy, and life.
