When busyness pulls you in a thousand directions, mindfulness helps you return to what matters. In this session, you’ll explore sensory awareness and breath as tools for staying present, grounded, and connected to your inner steadiness.

All sessions are free and open to the public.

No experience needed — chairs provided; feel free to bring a cushion for comfort.
